drink water can help you to lose weight

if you drink 8 cup of water daily you will lose somw weight ,but in the other way its going to make you to visit the bathroom alot ;) .try to drink 2 cup of water in the morning and 2 cup before lunch and 2 cup afternoon and 2 cup before you diner thats it

hello everyone , evrybody know the water is importent.on the other hand you should to know the water is including with anything you the frout,vegetable,milk,juse.....etc.
Also the water help your healthy to get better.
